ENROLLMENT IS NOW CLOSED

A heart-led creative is one that is…

You’re not unmotivated-

you’ve just been carrying too much on your own.

Let’s be real: you didn’t start this creative entrepreneurship journey just to burn out. You started it because you had a vision, a pull toward freedom, purpose, and creativity.

But lately? It’s felt like you’re walking uphill with a backpack full of unfinished projects, second-guessing, and noise.

You’re doing your best, but it’s hard to hear your own intuition when everything feels urgent.

You have ideas. You care. But without support, without a rhythm, and without people who get it, even the simplest next step can feel too big.

You’re not broken. You’re not bad at this. You’re just tired of trying to hold it all by yourself.

Let’s imagine a new way forward-together.

Imagine knowing your next step without overthinking it.
Feeling clarity instead of pressure. Rhythm instead of rush.

Picture finishing what you start, not because you forced yourself to push through, but because you were supported and grounded enough to follow through with ease.

Imagine showing up to your creative work with trust. Not chasing algorithms, not mimicking someone else’s style or business…just listening inward and creating from that space.

Envision being part of a community that reminds you:
You’re not alone. You’re not behind. You’re exactly where you’re meant to be.

This is the kind of steady,
soul-aligned progress you’ll create inside

The Tillage Village.

Hi, I’m Shirlee Fisher—

and I know this story because I lived it.

I’m a creative entrepreneur, podcast host, and coach who helps heart-led creatives reconnect to their voice, build routines that last, and create businesses that feel like home.

For three years, I bounced between burnout and big dreams, unsure how to move forward. I tried to do it all: running my stationery business full-time, managing endless to-dos, being a mother to two, and pushing through the pressure to keep up. Eventually, I made a big shift: I returned to teaching elementary art and started to rebuild my business in a way that honored my energy, intuition, and personal rhythm.

That one change gave me space to reconnect with what really mattered…to stop chasing achievement and start creating again from the heart.

I created The Tillage Village to offer creatives a soft place to land, reflect, and dig deep in real support.

And now? It’s your turn…

The Tillage Village is an online community that helps heart-led creative entrepreneurs build sustainable creative rhythms, stay grounded in their values, and show up consistently in their work without burning out.

Whether you're in a season of rebuilding or just starting out, this space is designed to give you the tools, support, and structure to help you make major shifts…

If you’re ready to grow rooted in rhythm (not hustle) The Tillage Village was created with you in mind.

Here’s what you’ll find inside:

It can be so powerful to have one person walking alongside you in your journey.

The Spotters Program is an optional accountability partnership where you’re paired with another member to share goals, reflect on progress, and gently hold space for each other for three months.

Members have said that this has been one of the most transformative parts of their experience, because progress often happens not from pushing harder…but from feeling seen and supported week after week by someone who gets it.

The Spotters Program

“The spotter program has helped with accountability by giving me one person to share my goals with, it’s given me the opportunity to get to know and care for another artist, and it’s helped me narrow down my focus in my art practice and business!”

Bella Boss- Bee Creates

“I love getting to know another artist one-on-one—it helps me focus because I take the time to make decisions and be accountable for them the following week.  There is so much to building an art business, it is wonderful to have someone to talk shop with each week.”

Kim Koehler- Kimko Design

"Working from home is so isolating. Connecting with other artists, learning about their journeys, holding each other accountable, offering support—it offered an opportunity to realize I’m not struggling and going through things alone.

The Tillage Village isn’t just another membership…

it’s the “group hug” you’ve been waiting for.

The Tillage Village isn’t built on hustle or high performance. It’s built on presence, gentleness, and the belief that creativity and business should support your life; not run it.

This is a space where you can move at your pace, be honest about where you are, and be held through the ups and downs of the creative journey.

Here’s how it works:

You won’t fall behind. You won’t be invisible. And you won’t be doing this alone.

Introducing the Seed Framework

Each quarter inside the Village, members walk through a simple yet powerful framework to reflect, reset, and grow with intention for a series of 3 months, called The Seed Framework and it's designed to help you:

  • Get clear on what you're cultivating in your current season

  • Gently structure your goals around your life (not the other way around)

  • Notice what’s working and make space for what truly matters

Inside The Tillage Village, we don’t chase growth, we nurture it. The Seed Framework gives you a rhythm that listens before it leads.

Mindfulness has become one of the most invaluable practices in navigating the challenges of running a creative business—and I have this community to thank for that shift.”
